Jenna Park Adler is a Music Agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Based in Los Angeles, Adler guides a roster that ranks among the world’s most powerful, creatively influential, and culturally defining stars, including Green Day, Doja Cat, Charli xcx, Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Dean, Deftones, Shaboozey, Benny Blanco, Shania Twain, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Mark Ronson, and Hilary Duff, among many others.

Over the past year, Adler has continued to demonstrate her ability to identify and champion artists early on in their careers, guiding them from developing talent to global forces, all while shaping the careers of some of the world’s most successful artists. She was instrumental in the success of Green Day’s Saviors Tour, which has grossed more than $400 million over the past two years across global stadium and festival plays, including the band’s first-ever Coachella headline performance. She also helped drive Charli xcx’s arena-level breakout with BRAT, which saw her playing major festivals worldwide and emerging as one of the most culturally relevant figures in music today. Adler also guided Shaboozey’s commercial breakthrough, with “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” spending 19 consecutive weeks at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while he embarked on his first major sold-out headline tour and took top billing at top global festivals.

She has worked with Deftones for decades and was central to the team that propelled the group to new levels of success, overseeing their sold-out two-leg arena tour, which included first-time plays at Madison Square Garden in New York and The Forum in Los Angeles. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs also achieved new heights under her guidance, selling out their intimate Hidden in Pieces tour, which featured multiple nights at iconic venues, including The Beacon Theatre in New York and London’s Royal Albert Hall. Adler’s clients had massive presences at Coachella 2025, where she helped book both Green Day and Charli xcx as the festival’s two biggest Saturday performances.

Additionally, Adler continues to help guide and drive the ongoing expansion of CAA’s Hip-Hop/R&B Touring group, which achieved unprecedented success across artists at all levels over the past year, with Playboi Carti, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Lil Yachty headlining numerous festivals and embarking on global headline runs.

Looking ahead, she is behind what will be many of 2026’s biggest tours, including Doja Cat’s massive five-continent arena world tour in support of her latest album, Vie; Olivia Dean’s first-ever arena tour in support of her sophomore album, The Art of Loving - with her single “Man I Need” currently ranking in Spotify’s Top 5 Global Songs; and Jennifer Lopez’s highly-anticipated Up All Night Las Vegas residency; alongside several other major yet-to-be-announced global tours.

Adler - named one of Billboard’s Female Executives of the Year in 2025 and recognized by Fortune, Billboard, Variety, and Pollstar, among others - is skilled in supporting many of the world’s most prominent superstars while also recognizing and developing emerging artists. Influenced by her own experiences as a Korean-American woman, she serves as a mentor to the next generation of agents and executives, helping to make room for others at the table. She is deeply committed to amplifying diverse voices and ensuring that the next generation of talent - on stage and off - has the opportunity to make their own voices heard.
