Speaker Bio
Hans Schafer, Senior Vice President of Global Touring, has led efforts and played a pivotal role in establishing Live Nation as a leader in Latin touring, making history in 2021 by promoting the first-ever Latin stadium tour in the US, highlighting the impact of Latin music worldwide. In the last 12-18 months, Schafer has continued to book several impactful stadium and arena tours in Europe, LATAM, and the USA, including Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro, Karol G, and Feid, and has collaborated on the Shaira "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" world Tour alongside powerhouse colleagues, Global Tour Promoter, Colin Lewis and Co-President of US Concerts/ President of US Touring, Omar Al-Jolouani.

Schafer booked US, Mexico, and European tours for Karol G, who made history this year with the highest ticket sales for any concert in Costa Rica, as the first female artist to sell out four shows in Spain, and as the first artist to sell out four nights at Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. In North America, her 2023 sold-out stadium tour grossed an incredible $145 million, with 843,000 tickets sold across 18 show dates.

Other notable bookings include Bad Bunny's 2024 Most Wanted Tour, which included 47 arena shows across North America, and RBD's 2023 "Soy Rebelde" global stadium tour with sold-out shows across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and the US last year. In Los Angeles, RBD sold out four consecutive shows at BMO Stadium, becoming the only Latin act in history to achieve such a feat. These shows also marked the highest-grossing run of shows in the stadium's history and the highest attendance for a multi-night event. He also led Feid's 2023-24 tour, which included 32 sold-out dates in North America and led him into a successful 2025 European “Fastest Tour” with multiple sold-outs across 13 markets, and Kali Uchis' sold-out The Red Moon in Venus Tour Pt. II, which included arena dates in San Diego, Los Angeles, Oakland, and other cities.

To support this growing list of record-setting events, Schafer has built an infrastructure and a strong team that includes representation of Latinos from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds that can provide tailored solutions and ideas to each artist's needs. His understanding of the value of diversity has allowed him to make key hires across the US and Canada and to integrate more women across all levels that he oversees at the company.
