Elisa Vazzana is a Music Agent at leading global talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company, UTA. She is based in Nashville and represents many of the world’s leading musicians, including MEGAN MORONEY, CHAYCE BECKHAM, BUFFALO TRAFFIC JAM, WILLOW AVALON, among others.

Vazzana has played a pivotal role in launching Megan Moroney’s music career and was one of the first to recognize her exceptional talent. With Moroney having recently been honored with the “Rulebreaker Award” at this year’s Billboard Women in Music Awards, “New Female Artist of the Year Award” at the 2023 Academy of Country Music Awards and “New Artist of the Year” at the 2024 Country Music Awards, as well as landing multiple records on the Billboard Hot 100 with hundreds of millions of streams across multiple platforms, Vazzana has been an essential part of her meteoric journey to becoming one of the most sought after acts in the country genre.

By implementing a targeted and methodical touring strategy, Vazzana was able to foster organic traction for Moroney. In turn, the audience engagement and growth that ensued from Moroney’s successful foray into the live touring space made her one of the most in-demand artists not only in country music, but in the music space at large. Vazzana orchestrated Moroney’s breakout debut tour, “Pistol Made of Roses,” embarking across the U.S. and U.K in 2023 and selling out within minutes. The following year, Vazzana booked Moroney’s 2024 record-setting “Lucky” and “Lucky 2.0” tours. In the same year, Vazzana also booked Moroney’s first amphitheater and stadium support slot alongside Kenny Chesney on his “Sun Goes Down” tour, spanning across the U.S. Her efforts also elevated Moroney’s profile at CMA Fest, taking her from the festival's smallest stage in 2022 to the main stage this past year, as well as landing high-profile appearances on ESPN College GameDay and The Paul Finebaum Show. Most notably, this year, Vazzana booked Moroney’s 50-date “AM I OKAY?” tour, selling an impressive 165,000 tickets in under 15 minutes. Beyond her role as a booking agent, Vazzana was instrumental in securing Moroney’s first DSP playlisting on Apple Music, a critical milestone that led to Moroney’s groundbreaking record deal with Sony Music Nashville and Columbia New York.

Vazzana has always been devoted to helping others and has been heavily involved in charitable organizations. She volunteers with the Nashville Rescue Mission serving meals to the homeless as well as the Pencil Foundation which serves underfunded schools and their teachers. She is a member of Justice Now, an internal task force within UTA’s Music department which aims to address systemic racism in the industry through four pillars of education, mentorship, empowerment, and fearless imagination as well as La Femme Majeure, a UTA event series that connects and empowers music’s next generation of women leaders. In 2009, she founded the Nashville chapter of Rhythm of Hope, a partnership between The Lollipop Foundation and Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. This foundation brought songwriters together with pediatric patients to create one-of-a-kind songs.

Vazzana began her career at CAA in 2008. In 2012, she was promoted to the trainee program in Los Angeles. In 2013, her sharp attention to detail and tenacity led her to being promoted to agent. After her nearly 14-year tenure at CAA, she became the Head of Fairs and Festivals at UTA.

Elsewhere, Vazzana is on the Board of Directors at International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA). She is also a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), Country Music Association (CMA), Academy of Country Music (ACM) and IEBA Board of Directors.
