Marsha Vlasic is Vice-Chair of the Music Division at Independent Artist Group.

Vlasic has represented a diverse menagerie of talent for more than forty years and currently represents many of the most distinctive artists in music, including Neil Young, Elvis Costello, The Strokes, Norah Jones, Iggy Pop, Cage The Elephant, The Breeders, PJ Harvey, Regina Spektor, Band of Horses, Moby, Silversun Pickups, Butch Walker, and many other notable acts. In the last few years, she has expanded her roster of legendary talent, bringing on artists including Noel Gallagher, Jane’s Addiction, and The Libertines.

A pioneering force for women in the music industry, Marsha has received numerous accolades; in 2024 alone, she was honored with the prestigious Bottle Award at the International Live Music Conference, named both International Agent of the Year and Most Powerful Women in Live Music at the Canadian Live Music Industry Awards, and inducted into Pollstar’s Women of Live Hall of Fame. Her influence is consistently acknowledged on Billboard’s Power 100 list and Women In Music honors.

In addition to her remarkable career, Marsha is deeply committed to philanthropy. She serves on the board of The T.J. Martell Foundation, which funds critical medical research for cancer treatments. In 2014, she was the recipient of the Spirit of Music Award by The T.J. Martell Foundation for Leukemia, Cancer and AIDS Research at the charity’s 39th Annual Honors Gala. Vlasic also serves on the advisory committee for Farm-Aid and as an advisory board member of the Global Poverty Project. Marsha hopes to continue to elevate the music industry and empowering artists while giving back.
