Lauren McKinney is part of the management team at Foundations Artist Management, where she works closely with Chappell Roan and manages a roster that includes Gatlin, Will Anderson, and Zolita. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Foundations, where she built the department from a two-person operation into a team of more than 10, leading campaigns for artists including Noah Kahan, Dayglow, Dr. Dog, Lauv, and Samia. Before joining Foundations, Lauren was a partner in an experiential and editorial music agency and worked as a digital and operations lead for several artists at Red Light Management.
